Wade serves as Director of Operations/Human Resources at Rosehill Christian School. He has been at Rosehill Christian School for 9 years. Prior to joining RCS, he worked for 10 years with a nonprofit organization, Interfaith of the Woodlands. Wade has his Bachelor's Degree in Business from Governor’s Western University. He has over 30 years’ experience in the customer service industry, focusing on marketing and vendor relations.

Wade served on the CO+OP Board from 2015-2021. He is an active member of 29 years at Southwinds Baptist Church. Wade and his wife, Andrea have two sons.
