Ridley’s offers excellent customer service. We take pride in the fact that we go above and beyond for our customers. We give our customers access to the personal cellphone numbers of our sales team. We have chemical and equipment specialists available to aid in choosing the right product for the right job. We provide on- and off-site equipment repairs by our expert crew. We usually do small machine repairs in our shop during business hours of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. We can either do large machine repairs off-site or we can bring the machine into our shop.
