Joe joined Founders Christian School as Head of School in 2010. FCS is a ministry of Founders Baptist Church in Spring, Texas, where he and his wife, Laura, are active members. Joe is passionate about FCS because he wholeheartedly believes in the education of the whole child, addressing the student’s intellectual, physical, spiritual and social needs. This approach mirrors the way Jesus grew as described in Luke 2:52: “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and favor with God and man.”

Joe holds an undergraduate degree from Hardin-Simmons University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Covenant College. He brings his extensive experience in Christian education to his service on the CO+OP Board. He and Laura have six children: Bryleigh, Nicholas, Kade, Jackson, Payton and Ella.
