Jeff began his banking career at Southwest Bank of Texas in Houston in 2000 as a Credit Analyst in the Bank's Officer Development Program. Upon completion of the program, he joined the Not-for-Profit Banking Group tasked with the role of providing financial services for churches, schools, social service organizations and other public entities. Jeff joined Frost Bank in 2004 as a Relationship Manager in the Bank's newly formed Public Finance Division, where he now serves as Senior Vice President. His focus remains providing financial services to Not-for-Profit and Public entities in the Houston region.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. He is active on the CO+OP Board’s Governance committee and in the Houston Metro chapter of NACBA (dba The Church Network/TCN). He and his bride, Kristen, have two daughters, Claire and Charlotte, and a son, Nathan. Jeff and Kristen are active in their church, teaching children’s Sunday School classes and serving in Adult Discipleship and Community Groups.
