He pulls from his experience as a pastor, study of scripture and latest research on high performance to share strategies for high performance living. He is living these strategies as he leads a rapidly growing company, building a team, and hitting monthly personal high-performance goals.
Arlen Busenitz - Bio
Arlen Busenitz is a dynamic speaker who delivers practical life changing truths in an attention holding way. Having overcome a speech impediment as a child, Arlen is a highly rated speaker who has won multiple speech contests with Toastmasters, and spoken throughout the US, Canada, Panama, and the Caribbean.
He learned entrepreneurship and paid for college by digging up rocks out of his dad’s farm fields and selling them at the farmer’s market. This experience taught him the core principles to success: Build relationships & deliver value.
After pastoring for 15 years, Arlen transitioned into business, real estate, high performance coaching & speaking. He is Chief Operating Officer of Destin Dreamer, a rapidly growing vacation management company in Destin Florida. Still active in preaching, speaking and ministry, Arlen is married with five kids. He holds a master’s in ministry leadership from Luther Rice Seminary.
As a Business Leader and High-Performance Expert, Arlen develops strategies and mental frameworks which empower people and organizations to operate at a high-performance level and to truly thrive in life using their God given abilities.
