(BSI), a custom software development firm, Doug opened the Human Resources Department and hired over 150 team members.  At Solerant, an offshoot of BSI, he managed all aspects of the Houston office.

Doug graduated from Texas A&M University with degrees in Marketing and Management. In addition to the CO+OP Board, he has served in leadership roles for many not-for-profit organizations, including The Church Network, Greater Houston Officials Association, First Colony Youth Basketball Association, Greater Sugar Land Baseball, and Texas Association of Sports Officials. He and his wife, Melissa, have seven children and one granddaughter. They reside in Sugar Land during the week and manage Waterford Retreat, a lake house in Conroe, on the weekends. They view the lake house as a gift from God for ministry and regularly host individuals and groups. They attend Lone Star Cowboy Church in Montgomery.
